I personally prefer that kind of style, it's just more convenient.

I tag what's visible. As she's not wearing the uniform and her looks otherwise don't change much unlike Yuudachi, it's safest to go with just Hibiki. If she'd even kept the hammer and sickle, then I'd feel comfortable tagging her as Verniy...

Ah, the first panel, such stereotypical anime date meet-up lines. And Verniy's pretty much Akigumo's inseparable partner-in-crime now.

In my opinion, both Verniy and Akigumo are dressed okay for going out. Sure, Akigumo looks more casual, but it's not too outlandish. Perhaps it's just a difference in culture.

I suspect they are heading out to join the flower viewing party and might run into Ryuujou and Akitsu Maru when they arrive. Lets just hope they and Hamakaze are not around if someone breaks out the booze.
