    I suspect it is more likely that Inazuma reads the plans and takes on the raiding position before he gets a chance to act, thus dying in the process. She has been kind of the core of the whole base after all. The girls seem likely to be able to deal with other deaths, but either Inazuma or the Admiral's death would hit them the hardest of all.
