Honestly, by all accounts it should mean "Author's Tea Party", but there's no author nor tea involved so I'm a bit reluctant to just throw it in.

EDIT: Maybe it's actually "Author Tea Party", as in, a tea party based around the books of a specific author?

It could also mean Writer's Tea Conversation, or Writer's Tea Meeting, or Author/Writer's Tea Exchange. As with all translations, the true meaning is something in between all of these.

It's been a year, but I'm fairly sure the title is just "Author: Chamaji"
Chamaji's name is 茶交. The first kanji is tea. That's why you see tea in the other comments in this thread.

It's just a nameless short, really.
