Not sure if "happy event" is the best way to put that. Clearly she does think she's pregnant, but the term used was more of a euphemism so I tried to maintain that in the translation. Also considered something like "a visit from the stork". Would that be better?
Also, not sure about the 画数判断... part, if he's asking about the dictionary or asking Akashi to help make some decision or judgement regarding the stroke count, went with the former for now.
