Why this guy likes Futa -one perspective: Women don't know what it's like always having to be on their guard, when it comes to visible signs of arousal(don't get me wrong, there are plenty of things men don't understand, that's just not my point). Futa represents the idea that these women are suddenly made VERY aware of this concept. Suddenly, not only can they not hide their arousal, but they're VERY easily tuned on. For me, it wouldn't work in real-life. It's hot for two reasons; One being the idea of an incredibly horny woman unable to hide it. The second, imagine, just for a moment how it would feel -not how medically realistic it is- to ejaculate so much out of a penis that size. It would blow your mind. For me, it's kind of a symbolic turn on.
Quite possibly a contributing factor, but I have another theory, along a similar line of thought.
It's an easy assumption to make that sex/orgasm for women feels different from men. Men can't really fathom the sexual sensations of women due to the simple fact that we don't have the same organs. But, consider that if the woman is given a dick, men know what that feels like, and we can relate to it.

This isn't just my conclusion; hentai games will quite often not show much of the male partner; sometimes just the dick, and sometimes not even that. If they do show the male partner, he usually won't have eyes, and occasionally won't have a face at all, and this helps the player/viewer to ignore him and focus on the girl. Part of fiction involves the reader(or in this case, viewer)'s identification with the characters. In the case of erotic works of fiction, the viewer has to at least somewhat identify with the sensations the characters are feeling.
I, as a male, cannot identify with the sensation of taking a strap-on dildo in the vagina.
Futa, while not at all realistic, at least accomplishes the goal of allowing the audience to connect with the sensations the characters are supposed to be feeling. This connection is, for men at least, impossible with full-on yuri - with that, the male viewer/reader has to imagine what he thinks it must be like, or fantasize about joining in, which are disconnected from the work of fiction proper. In short: No dick, no connection, less fappable.
