    The context here is that Naganami shows the whiskey CG in the booze counter bar, while Nagato and Tenryuu get the orange juice CG, which is otherwise reserved for the more innocent destroyers like DesDiv6 and Kiyoshimo. Hence, the former can handle her booze while the latter can't.

    Most destroyers drink some form of alcohol, actually.

    Most destroyers serve alcohol. It's not necessarily the case that they drink it, too. Hayashimo, in particular, says in her official lines that she isn't interested in drinking, but she would like to pour the Admiral's drinks all night long. (And she's one of the first "all night whiskey" characters from the Anchorage bar, alongside Nachi, who almost certainly is drinking, and is frequently shown alongside Pola for that reason.)
