    Pestering Mucchan

    Normally not acting like a provocative, horny older sister-type, Mutsu actually has her own desires. Unlike the straightforward Bismarck in post #2337609, though, misdirecting Akitsu Maru is nothing to Mutsu.

    ※ About meal slips. It seems that in JGSDF, sergeant (was it 'supply sergeant'?) of each company has to submit their tickets to the supply group two weeks in advance. Since civilian suppliers are in charge of the canteen these days there shouldn't be any dedicated military personnel there, but there may still be some supervising officers?

    To the person who pointed out a typo in the comments, thank you. That was what everyone called it inside the base so I thought it was the name, but looking it up again I was wrong. I guess here're a lot of things you don't know unless you're a company supply sergeant.

    I'm pretty sure Hiei and Mutsu are among the girls confirmed to have "had fun" with him in the past. There's a select group of shipgirls in this base who DO have an intimate relationship with the admiral; Hiei and Mutsu are the two confirmed, and there is a third one IIRC.

    Oh yeah, Hiei did admit that she and the admiral do "get up to lewd things from time to time"... though one wonders what exactly counts as "lewd" to her. As for Mutsu, there's no clear confirmation or denial that she got to do any "lewd" things with him; she is pretty close to him to know the finer details of his personal tastes, though.

    Well, at the very least, Hiei is perfectly capable of sneaking into Admiral's bed. And she's mature enough to imply innuendo and instigate kissing episodes with the Admiral.

    I'm surprised by that myself. It would explain his interest in having an admiral who served in JGSDF, though.

    And I'm pretty sure that also means he's savvy enough to know that there are some things you don't fuck around with, and doing things with your subordinates is high up there. If he did things with them, it would be before the base command had been established and his position formally confirmed.
