    今更なのですが時雨の誕生日漫画描きました
    ほんと遅くなってしまってごめんなさい時雨(-_-;)
    ただのやましぐ漫画になってるように見えますが…(;´Д`)よろしゅうです

    May 18th

I drew this Shigure birthday manga at this late hour.
I'm truly sorry for it being so absolutely late, Shigure. (-_-;)
Though it looks like it just became a YamaShigu manga... (;´Д`)
    My best regards.

Damn, Tenshin Amaguri, why you make such tiny handwritten kanji? It looks like "抖念仁やな", but those kanji don't seem to make anything meaningful together anywhere I search.

    It's 朴念仁.

For something this, since the first kanji is a little hard to make out, is just do a dictionary search for ?念仁, and 朴念仁 is the only result. Alternatively, putting it through a waifu2x upscale makes it pretty clear. What with it being RJ, it could have been Kansai-ben, but apart from the やな, it's standard Japanese.

...oh my god, I never knew you could do something like ?念仁, with the ?. I kno this wasn't directed at me, but thank you for that.

Depending on what dictionary you're using, you can also use multiple question marks and/or asterisks - such as if you're trying to find a 4-character idiom or something, and didn't want to have a 2-character word show up.

Doesn't seem to work for me on Weblio. Are there any settings to be tweaked?

Weblio doesn't support lookups like that, you need to use a different dictionary.

I just use jisho.org:"jisho", since I like to just search straight from the address bar. It's got a nice range of search option, and handily for me, considers [?*] and [? *] the same for the purposes of wildcards.

I'm sure there are others out there that are similar... but they all use the same dictionary files anyway.

It's a special day that only comes once a year - so don't hold back! Come now, I'll buy it for you - no matter what it is.
    May 18th
Shigure, today's your Launch Day, is it not? Is there anything you would like?
You'll soon be getting a (provisional) marriage ring from the Admiral, right? So really, you have no need for a toy ring, do you?
Eh?! Oh no, nothing really! You don't need to make a fuss.
...I-is that so? Then, there is one thing, maybe... ?
    ...wait, a hawker's toy ring?
Yeah! I kinda want this one with the gem on it...
You have to keep a ring on your finger all the time, right? So this could be something to get used to it, I guuuess?
    Hmmm...
Well ain't you blinder than a bat?...
