No, only hard mode. That's why I tried my way (and failed) on hard. Equipment matters above any new ship girl after all.

But really, Japanese wikis don't believe in font styling and images. While very informative they look as soulless as a pocket dictionary.

Devs were generous enough to give Proto Catapult as E4 reward even on easy difficulty in the same event Kasuga Maru was implemented, so I don't see the problem here.

You're looking at Ryuujou's chat log (her lines are in the green bubbles on the right). In the Japanese, it's pretty obvious, because she's speaking with an Osakan dialect, but the translation doesn't have the sort of dialect where that would come through. I could deep-fry her speech if that helps...
