As far as I can tell, Prinz is referring to the city Sevastopol, not the ship. Which is indeed confusing since Sevastopol (which was Parizhskaya Kommuna then) was at Sevastopol during the siege.

Way I remember, a Karl lobbed a couple of heavy duty shells on that city. Nobody or no military value stuff was harmed, but entire blocks were shattered by that lumpy mortar.
