Note for future taggers trying to clear up artist_request images: for some trading card games, FE Cipher included, the official JP websites will have a database of cards with info and illustrator name. For Cipher, the database is here.

Just have to input the character name (in katakana/Kanji as necessary of course) in the search bar, find the card, and then look for イラストレーター (illustrator).
