    Oh, come on, he's telegraphed this so loudly it's being measured on the Richter scale. To have any other outcome at this point after all the foreshadowing he's done in the last few pages would be supreme trollery... So he's probably going to go through with Akashi. Anything else would be a "LOL, fuck you, audience!" I don't think even Masara's going to spite people that arbitrarily.

    Most likely there will be a successful confession to Akashi and then The Admiral Had Lots of Death Threats Afterwards. FIN.
