Original? That's Reisen from Touhou. Reisen has a pretty distinct appearance that this picture matches to a tee and this artist draws even Touhou images as well. It's gotta be a mistaken pixiv tag or something because once again that is clearly just Reisaen wearing a kimono.

Point out one difference that isn't clothing related between this character and Reisen. Maybe, maybe you can say the hair is a shade lighter then some depictions, could just be the light.

It's gotta be a mistake or foolery on the artists part, that is clearly Reisen and the guy even draws Touhou so he would know. I'm not saying change what this image is tagged as on Danbooru because the tags are what the artist says they are but face it, we all know that "OC" is just Reisen.

Yeah, I was all set to tag it Reisen, and then I took a closer look at the tags and the commentary... :/

Though I agree with ADT555... she's Reisen in all but name.

It honestly wouldn't be the first time a fan artist have accidently made an OC look similar to another work by accident simply by being too influenced. He might have intended to just draw "Another Animu Bunny girl" and this is what he made.

To be fair, his bunny girl does lack Reisen's distict Military Earrings which are a defining point of her character that she doesn't take off(she'll change her regular clothes but her military earrings always stay on).
