Nah. Paul-chan did eat her parsley so we know that she's fine with normal food. Only problem is that it's hard for her to avoid the person offering it. As for what happened in her LwM debut it seemed to be more like what Flandre would do rather than cannibalism.

In any case, having fanart be based on her ingame characterization rather than riyo's is what happens with most Servants already.
