I just assumed he doesn't care and does whatever he thinks is interesting. Most likely due to him having booty on the mind.

Manga publishers don't exactly afford artists that luxury as far as I know, so I don't see why not.

But this should be interesting, given that this was probably the first major fandom push for an interesting Fubuki to earn her the "Fubooty" nickname. (heavy cruiser grade)
