Based off the TV Tropes concept of the same name, it's a character doing a mundane or ordinary action with a lot of flair, drama, awesomeness, or something to that effect.

This does not belong to the pool, as sword duels are not mundane.

Why do people people agree that Tenshi is a masochist when she's not? She just eggs people to fight her for fun, how is she a masochist?

For the same reason Ran became a Cat Lolicon. A character will say 1 thing in canon and the fanon will turn it in the most extreme end. Ran does care for Chen. The fanon hears "OMG I want to do naughty things to her!!!!" Meirin in canon can defend while sleeping, shes just that good. She loses a fight to Reimu/Marisa(due to player status) and then the fanon decides shes sleeps 24/7 and is totally incompetent being Sakuya's chew toy.

thats why i hate the fanon ... even the most awesome characters are portrayed as lazys, assholes , rapist , lolicons , ego bitches, etc ... when every single character in Touhou are awesome and some are amost awesome but still ...

i can't think the fanon can do if Mima returns ... is really canon for amost the 75% of Danbooru who Mima is a "mother like" person for Marisa ... thats why Marisa is sometimes shamed to see her back ... is like when you try to avoid to present you parents to someone ...

I know what ya mean, but that is where great mangas come in to shift the balance in the craziness of fanon and make those characters shine.
