Why? If you mean the outfit, this one, like post #2891748 before it, was obviously based on the large number of official pre-update twitter images showing Shiranui in this outfit.
As someone who carried an AR 'pistol' in a backpack for a month, I can say with certainty that you're better off with just a handgun for concealed carry.
