I wish someone would be able to find out the artist's name.

He seems to sign his posts as hitec000hitec or hitec04hitec depending on what site you go on (http://blog.livedoor.jp/hitec000hitec or http://blog.livedoor.jp/hitec04hitec). There's also ハイテック (High Tech/hitec)... I'm not seeing a real name, however I think hitec would be perfectly valid for an artist name. I'd do it but I need to leave for work, like... right this second.

Well, I could mass-edit a few of them, I don't know if I got them all but it's a start!
