Technically, it's just a Smoke Shield. (Maybe the Worf Barrage.) It's the Worf Effect if this happens to Ikazuchi so often that she stops being a meaningful contributor to fights and just exists as a chew toy for new villains to show off how much more powerful they are than the supposedly good fighter.
