To be fair, those with varying amounts of power at the top in any society will enjoy more of the good things, V. I. Lenin didn't, slightly less than Hitler, but they were both already bourgeois little bastards.

Considering as Gangut already HAS shared ice cream and champagne with Bep, and gotten them declared Proletarian while Iowa was trying to get them declared Bourgeois, this is likely to be a prequel strip to those.
