    Suzuya: Getting 100% soba is a totes must-have for the toshikoshi.

    Kumano: I would rather have 50%.

    Further explanation in spoilers, for those who don't get it:

    The joke being that if Kumano were an actual gourmet, she should have known that 100% soba refers to the percentage of buckwheat flour. And a true gourmet would only have 100% buckwheat anyway (like gnocchi made from pure potatoes without any flour).

    So, this is another Kumano-is-not-a-real-upper-class-lady-and-is-totally-putting-up-airs joke.
