Well, Jin really started doing the subversion of the trope, making the orc a good guy and it being the elf that was a crazy horny stalker. But to be a subversion that makes sense, the trope had to exist straight to start with, you know? His joke is basically "elves are going after orcs because everyone knows orcs are memetic sex gods", so there had to be some well-established precedent for that meme to skew it.
Sort of like how Riesz from Seiken Densetsu 3 became really heavily associated with tentacle rape because one artist did a shit ton of that (even though Angela was the obvious cheesecake character, Riesz has 8 times the art on Danbooru...), there had to be someone who did a lot of orc rape stuff a few years before it became so standard that Jin could make a parody people would recognize.

That being said, I do remember that half-orc (along with its implications) is a thing, so that might've been a starting point. Over time, people just get more creative. But eh, what do I know. Not much, that's what.
