Again, these textless conversations are a bit obtuse...
Obtuse? As in difficult to understand? This one, as I understand it, basically goes:
Panel 1: Hina's greeting Kyouko; Kyouko now notices Hina's there Panel 2: Kyouko apologizes to Hina for getting sick despite her promise Panel 3: Ichirin asks how the two know Kyouko is sick Panel 4: Nitori tells her it was thanks to Momiji and her kappa tech
Bonus: Why is Ichirin shocked? When we first saw Kyouko sick (post #2963180), she was already tucked in bed. So it was likely the trio noticed Kyouko earlier in the morning, and has planned to visit her since then.
Also, let me just say I love how Nitori's reaction is like "aw, shucks", instead of shock or worry.
I think that Kyouko is saying that she's fine... perfectly genki.
As for the final panel, I think Ichirin's just surprised that Momiji can see into the temple that clearly from way up the mountain. They could be seeing Kyouko when she got up to get dressed... that would mean that they came out of the mountain pretty fast (but not impossible).
