Beyond correlating Toon Link from the Zelda series with the Toon cards, a signature of Pegasus' decks, the title (also one of the drawing's tags on Pixiv) is a play on a new type of summon in the card game:
Also, the castle inside Toon World appears to have elements of the Hyrule Castles from both Wind Waker and Ocarina of Time, so I tagged both, just to be sure.
Bring it on, Legal Department of Nint○ndo!!Wah! Waah!!Then Toon World shall flip to the page of "Hyrule Castle" and change it to "Toon Link"-I summon "Link, The Hero of Time"!
