since I know what black pudding is wont a cream-based sauce/gravy would probably pair well with it, I mean we have something we call "betamax" in my country which is basically grilled blood cubes which kind of pairs well with something like a good teriyaki style sauce

My mental image of Tirpitz is that of a NEET who justifies her NEETness with the whole fleet by 'fleet in being'. Bismarck and Tirpitz definitely don't have much of a sibling relationship at that.
Only ate black pudding once, it definitely has a unique taste. Neither like nor dislike it, and probably won't actively try to find it and eat it again.
