It's comic book doujin time. I mean, it's not like AdmiBro did nothing but stare at the ceiling for months while Eternal Blizzard was going on, and there was weeks of content in that story that was a single day. Hence, those events might have been a month ago.

But we did saw a bunch of new year strips, its one of those cases where time is passing but we don't notice because no one ages anymore.

But that's how comic book time works; it's always the present day, whenever the present is, and super heroes are always involved with modern events, but never age even if, logically, Batman being present in World War 2 makes his perpetual 30-year-old-hood when dealing with modern events like 9/11 strain credulity. (Cue yet ANOTHER reboot retcon that doesn't actually retcon anything.) Both 80 years have passed since becoming Batman and only 5 years have passed since becoming Batman at the same time.

In this series, it's been stated outright that shipgirls acquire an "unchanging body" once they get contracted to the relevant spirit... and that their Admirals, by extension, have the same longevity. Not so much comic book time as they literally don't age.

Yes, but that doesn't mean both can't be true. It's still obviously the case that events in-story like the conclusion to Everlasting Blizzard took place over a couple days, but over several months in real time, and all the other plots were suspended. It's not like after Everlasting Blizzard they just said that everyone else had been staring at the ceiling for several months straight. And, as the comment that started this said, Akatsuki's curry happened 3 years ago, but just "a while back" in this story. Likewise, the timeline can do flashbacks to stuff that happened years ago to explain things like Ooi's backstory or Akatsuki's ring without time advancing during the flashback. Comic book time is time that can make sense in the moment or for excusing continuity if you give it suspension of disbelief, but which has blatant self-contradictions if read long-term and taken seriously at face value.

If the story says this takes place a week after the fruit curry event, it takes place a week after the curry event, even if it's "three years later" our time.

    Yeah, Akatsuki's.
    Off from the get-go
You're off right from the 'for starters'!!
So for starters, I just threw some fruits that caught my eye into the pot! Apples, lemons, muscats...
Didn't you say that the fruit curry that a 6thDes kid made a while back was tasty?
