  • The Way Home, Terranigma

Oh yeah... this was quite a long one. But it's long because I wanted to do the subject justice: Terranigma, a SNES RPG considered part of a "Soul" trilogy along with Illusion of Gaia and Soul Blazer (due to their similar themes, dev staff and mechanics) has one of the most beautiful endings I have ever seen for a videogame. In fact it's so touching it nearly made me cry.

I don't think an image the same size as my other MS Paint images would have sufficed. I wanted the viewer to feel as though they were embarking on a miniature adventure with our little bird, across the world which he, in a previous life, resurrected and saved from the most destructive of evils.

To be honest, some parts I could have redone a bit better, and the spacing between the different steps of the bird could have been better placed, but I feel that this does the material justice otherwise.
