"丁" the new difficulty level introduced in the latest event, and often referred to as "casual" is read as /tei/ when it's by itself, but as /chou/ when in compounds. Akashi's attempt at a joke was saying that Musashi would be just perfect (/choudo yokatta/), because it's "chou". Note that /choudo/ does have the "丁" kanji in it.
