I bet once Enterprise debuts, it's not just the Japs that would run away from her, some of the US ships, will probably have trust issues with her since she is probably Halsey's favorite ship and she would be a reminder of him...

Enterprise is not 'probably' Halsey's favorite- she IS Halsey's favorite. There's plenty of secondary evidence Halsey fully intended to make Enterprise his flagship fulltime before he was made to transfer his flag to New Jersey due to his health being in the crapper.
Then there's Halsey campaigning to save Enterprise from the scrapyard-- in interviews during his campaigning he blatantly referred the Enterprise as HIS ship.
Don't know why but I like the idea of the Taffy 3 ships bein' well known among the US ships here. Still waitin' on Sammy B, Johnston, Hoel, Heermann, St. Lo and Kalinin Bay.

To be fair, that's no more Intrepid's own fault than Hachi's crew's infamous war crimes are hers. Can't pick your own crew...
That's why I could see Enterprise taking the blame for Halsey's blunder
He really made one major poor decision although it's often overblown in my view as there was never any real threat to the landings.(the Typhoons are not examples, they are much more complicated affairs where a combination of bad information and pressing operational needs contributed to an unfortunate outcome) His reasoning 7th fleet should be able to handle it was ultimately correct, they would have. People also constantly seem to loose sight of the fact the entire thing was still a absurdly mismatched and crushing US victory in which only the ships directly under his command sank a battleship, four carriers, two cruisers, and three destroyers while damaging many others.
He was overconfident, but he had pretty good reason to be, and neither he or Nimtiz wanted another Marianas where Spurance managed to piss away an massive advantage to accomplish basically nothing against the enemy fleet. His aggression got the better of him, but if you look at the overall mood and thoughts of both him and the leadership at the time it's not hard to see why.
Really though this entire concept is stupid IMO.
By this logic all the Japanese girls would hate the entire Japanese admiralty because they started the war, which is a blunder beyond anything Halsey could ever hope to match. The reality is that Halsey was well liked and popular both within the navy and with the public, and it's quite telling that it seems the majority that ended up serving under him for a significant length of time came to quite like him. Criticism only even really began to gain traction quite a while after the war was over and many of these ships would've been scrapped or mothballed. And really even many of the people that felt he'd lost his edge in the last year of the war often didn't really dislike or think he was incompetent but rather that age, stress, and continuing health issues were simply catching up to him and he couldn't operate at the same level he used too.
He perhaps came to be viewed as something like surly grandpa by the end. His time was passing, maybe it even was past, but most stilled loved him to some degree and where willing to let him finish his work on the basis of his very real past merits.
Many might question his decision off Samar, but I very much doubt there would be anything like actual dislike for him on a wide scale.

Wow, when you think about it, that also can apply to Enterprise if she debuts in Kancolle.
She's famous that almost everyone loves her and her enemies fear her.
It would make sense if almost the entire IJN shipgirls fear her and most of the Allied shipgirls praise her....

Except he failed to properly communicate this to the 7th fleet, and when asked if he would split off a detachment to remain behind and protect the landing, he gave a confusing reply that implied he would when he actually wouldn't.
Being able to clearly communicate and coordinate with the fleet is kind of the most vital ability for an admiral.
There's also how the sinking of Musashi was a lot of wasteful overkill that could have been better coordinated to sink more of the Japanese fleet.
Halsey was charismatic and loved by the rank-and-file, but there was a reason the rest of the officers and the Brass preferred the more cautious but generally competent Spruance.
And yeah, the Marianas Campaign and the "Great Marianas Turkey Shoot" that not only achieved all its operational objectives with minimal losses but also ultimately broke the back of the Japanese's capacity to meaningfully resist US airpower and forced the utter desperation move that was Leyte was totally a wash on the US's part! Spruance ABSOLUTELY should have Bull Charged his carriers straight at the enemy regardless of the risk for the chance to rack up more kills regardless of the losses to his own side because gambling always favors the side that has nearly assured victory if they don't take unnecessary risks! Also, Spruance was told by Nimitz (just like Halsey) that his primary mission was not sinking the Japanese, but protecting the invasion fleet, and SPRUANCE followed orders. Clearly, that's not a trait ANYONE wants in a soldier! They should totally ignore orders and use their command as a personal army without regard for the larger operations they're a part of! All great militaries were well-known for their tendency to run around like headless chickens as each petty dictator/officer decided to defy orders to achieve their own personal glory!
Gambi may not give herself much credit but I will say this: Air Power won the Battle off Samar. Although I do not wish to detract from the heroic actions of the destroyers and destroyer escorts, without the support of the six escort carriers they were protecting, they would have been slaughtered.
