ANCIENT HISTORY I thought this was lost to the ether with no real way to track who made it.
Good find
Thank you. Web Archive is our friend. I think we got a good chunk of Glitched Puppet's old Pokémon art uploaded here. Unfortunately, it seems that some of her other old Pokémon images were unfortunately never archived and seem unavailable, as far as I know.

I'd have to dig through a few HDDs to see if there is stuff not here but not being able to source it (or worries of it NOT being her is the problem)

I see. Maybe there's some chance you'll find something with her signature (glitchedpuppet signature) -- the "PK08" in this image, which stands for 2008, so "PK09", "PK10" etc. could still be used for other years. In some cases like post #1179373 the signature seriously looked like "PKR" to me, but it's actually just a predictable "PK12". Some of her images don't have a signature at all. (glitchedpuppet -signature)
Also, if you click the source of this image and navigate the Web Archive version of purplekecleon.deviantart.com, you'll find some miniatures of her other images. It may be a stretch, but you could happen to have the full size version of one or more images where just the miniatures are available in the Web Archive. I'd say this is enough to consider the images sourced.
(it's no use visiting the live version of purplekecleon.deviantart.com -- it currently redirects to glitchedpuppet.deviantart.com where it seems 99% of the Pokémon images were either deleted or indefinitely shelved, and are thus unavailable for us)
