Along with "Why not?" (which is perfectly valid, who wouldn't want a Ultimate Jumbo Neso EX?) there is indeed some context.
Earlier this year a new 1m-size TeraJumbo Chika Nesoberi was released. On March 31/April 1, Lantis Channel on Youtube (and I'm sure NicoNico) had a fake TV Shopping commercial skit hosted by 3 of the seiyuu. In it Inami Anju (Chika) lamented how even the TeraJumbo was too small, and Suzuki Aina (Mari) proudly introduces (a poorly CG version of) the Hyper Fabulous Ultimate Jumbo Nesoberi EX for only [censored] yen. Needless to say I believe the poor CG rendering was supposed to give a false impression that there was no physical version, so of course a lot of Uchiura/Numazu were surprised to wake up on April 1st to a giant panty-flashing Chika on the beach.
Unfortunately the original video (and all mirrors and subs) seem to have been taken down. Sunrise pls. :<
