Two: A couple weeks ago I came across a sequel image where dog girl was sucking the guy's junk, and looked as though she was surprised at getting caught or something. But I can't find it again on either pixiv or the nicovideo sites. Help please?

No, this is a completely different image. It's from her master's POV and Dog Girl was giving him a blow job naked, and from the way her tail was tense and her expression, I presume she was doing it while he was asleep and was surprised when he woke up and caught it.

Maybe it was Ryuun's Twitter?
