It's not that it wasn't approved, it's just no one bothered to continue uploading it.
Actually, it wasn't approved (and then they didn't continue uploading it because it wasn't getting approved). I just approved it, and would have earlier if I'd noticed it... but basically all the time I spend on Danbooru nowadays is translating or glancing over the comments section, and I don't do the mod queue thoroughly often anymore.
And, honestly, it's not like I can blame those who don't approve this. It's obviously not the best artwork, even for a comic, which a lot of the approvers don't respect to start with, anyway.
I see. I didn't notice that this page had been deleted. What I was referring to was that it was just short of a full year between the last page and this.
Thanks. However I do think Dora has a unique subdued style that adds another dimension to Touhou.
Dora Ita used to be popular on this site. His last story (pool #3676) was being translated within a day of upload. All of a sudden, his strips are ignored and nobody bothers adding more. I don't get it.
A couple of unapproved uploads can easily kill any series, especially long running ones like this. I've seen this happen before with even the most discussed pools
