Unfortunately, I am a trans lesbian, so I can't deny this one.

Denmark is a good alternative (if you don't mind the erratic weather). Gay marriage is legal.

Most of the Nordic countries would be a good option as a matter-of-fact. I personally recommend Norway or Iceland. Warning though, the alcohol is pretty darn expensive there.
