Technically, it wasn't. Unbreakable has "unrestricted uploads" privileges, (as well as being an approver, himself), which means his uploads are automatically approved.
Beyond that, you'd have to ask Unbreakable why he felt the urge to upload it, but I'd hazard a guess the answer is, "I thought it was funny."
