That's actually not too shabby of a method. I just may abuse it.

This hasn’t been translated yet? Can we get a translator in here, this method is pretty good and definitely needs the text to go along with it.

I drew it like a pencil sketch.
Start with a sketch. Think about perspective a bit here.
Add some jaggy lines. These should be a bit proper.
Add some dark shades beneath the jaggy lines. Would've been great if we could just start from here...
Add another jaggy line over that jaggy line. Do the end points thin and the mountains thick.
Have a few light shades connect to the peaks of the mountains. Sketchy-sketch.
The whole thing seems a little light so lets add some darker shades. Make it lively.
We'll make it so the light looks like it's coming from the right. The light source IS coming from the right, at least in this situation.
It makes it feel a lot more bold when you add a spray coming off of the top of the mountain.
Add a tiny spray for the surrounding waves. It makes it more realistic when you add an even tinier spray onto the waves after.
If you're not satisfied a good trick is to try spawning a bunch of random amoeba.
Finely color it in. This is a bit tight, though.
Afterwards make sure it's adapted to the surrounding area and has light coming from the right.
Afterwards you can change your layer mode to 'color' and finish it that way.
Adapt it more and more with the area, sketchy-sketch.
Please adapt it to the surrounding area until you properly understand it.
Once you've adapted it enough and have entered 'sage mode', add some returning mountains.
