I gave it a shot, if anyone can improve on it, feel free. I decided not to translate the SFX, and I'm not so sure on the title and if there is some other meaning to the first line.

This may be a stupid this to say, but the translation boxes are not overlapping the Japanese text. May someone fix it, please?

Uh, it looks fine to me... try reloading? try not resizing the picture? try on a different computer? I doubt there's anything wrong with it though. One of the boxes was default size and not placed properly so I fixed it, and there was one duplicate box which I removed, but otherwise no problems.
