I think it is more likely that they are in the moon on one of the final two floors. There is a monster there called Evil Mask that is a giant face and casts reflect on himself immediately. I don't think Rydia could even get Cockatrice and Mind Flayer at that point and surely you wouldn't have maxed out your life.

China is Kain and Alice is Rydia which leaves Rosa (probably Remilia since who puts Rosa in the front row), Edge and Cecil for Marisa and Sakuya. The summons are Imp/Goblin (Sunny), Cockatrice (Mystia?), Bomb (Kedama), Mind Flayer/Mage (Reisen), Chocobo (Aya or Momiji?), Mist Dragon (Suika) and Shiva (Cirno).

You can get the drop, but you can't teach it to her.

Also... fairly certain this is near the end-game, and that Yukkuri looks more like the guys who drop the Glass Masks.
