Would "put her to rest" be a better fit to 楽にしてやれ?
He did say she seems to be tired.

'Put out of her misery' also works (and indeed, is what a dictionary gave me for 楽にしてやれ), though it does seem a little more harsher than necessary here...

"Takao, she doesn't look like she can handle the full power, so [booming, dramatic voice] set the massage jets in the jacuzzi to low power, BWAHAHAHAA!"

Damn, that's harsh. LOL And I actually laugh out loud, even if it's midnight here.

But now i have to say, it has lost the double meanings effect.
I mean, with how harsh that sounds, people can hardly hear it as literally "taking her to some places she can rest" and more likely they would with "dispose of that wretch somewhere".

I love how you choose your words, but this is kind of went too far up. Just saying. Though I do admit, it's funnier.
