    This commentary refers to the whole collection, of which this image is the 19th of 41 images, so the commentary doesn't refer to this image, specifically.

    It's the first time in about 2 months. During the Spring event, Admiral Blew managed to secure Roma, Isonami, and Takanami.

    Today as well, since I've been serious about drawing, it's packed full. The first and second pages are a slightly more grown-up Akizuki and a lady. For the 21st image, if you look at Hatsukaze with binocular vision for a bit, it's meant to be like her head is moving.

    Congrats on Akatsuki's Kai-Ni!

    This image was posted in a collection from May of 2015. It's not really that current anymore. Besides, it's not like Current Events really refers to in-game events.

    Incidentally, the commentary is for the whole collection, so there's nothing in the commentary that refers to this image in particular. Just put it down as "speculation fuel" or some such. Or presume that, being a proper lady, as soon as Akatsuki understands any ill-intent, she would turn the money down.
