There's no reason for the pigtails, though. Peachette has pigtails because Toadette had pigtails to start with.

Honestly, though, someone like Camillette is kind of a waste. (Unless you want to see Camilla with smaller breasts and less revealing clothing....) What's the point in using MTF genderswapping items on characters that are already girls unless they would significantly change in figure? I'm not sure of anything that would even visibly change on Elise besides eye color.

Go for Princess Marth (with Caeda alongside), Princess Hector, Princess Ike, Princess Xander, and Princess Takumi, instead.
