3rd bubble in panel 2 is incomplete. 「美味しいそうじゃない」 means "it looks pretty delicious."

The 「ああ」 in panel 4 is affirmation by the Admiral, yes, but I interpreted Kasumi as mistakenly taking it as the Admiral asking her to say 'ahhh', so I chose to translate it that way ('ah' also works as affirmation in English).

Panel 2 was complete, but the relevant line was hidden by a improperly-closed html tag. Fixed.
