As DarkSpar already pointed out, I think he has no idea what he just posted. Just something related to chicks in anime art style, with or without animal features. As a result of this Kagerou will probably become some form of new meme, spouting Elon Musk quotes as a gag persona.

He's been off the deep end for awhile. He's basically a modern day Howard Hughes.
