    4-Panel Strips I Posted on Twitter, Part 16

    These are some black-and-white 4-panel strips I've been posting on Twitter for a change of pace. The dialogue was hard to see, so I'm reposting them here too. They're a hodgepodge.

    Wouldn't work in Swedish. Silke -> Mjölk just doesn't work. However, the mental combination of White + Cows + Drink => Milk is in a way more clever, since you're messing with a person's thought process rather than just getting their tongue locked on "*ilk". The error happens deeper in the mind, in other words and that's pretty cool when you think about it.

    The answer is 'water' though.

    After all, adult cows don't drink milk. It's one of those cruel subversions.
