It seems she is putting on the spaghetti this thing ( http://www.pepper.ph/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/GratedParmesan_CI4.jpg ) that's made somewere in Canada by adding wood pulp to a cheese named "parmesan".

Fun Fact: If you see the name cellulose among the list of ingredients in a food product, then that product contains wood pulp. Yummy! :D
