Ashe looks cool and awesome as well as sexy. Ofc the artist will go for that.

Of course artists can and should draw whatever they want.
I merely comment that Overwatch gets more fan art on Danbooru than any other Blizzard property.
It strikes me as strange, especially since Orphea is basically a goth loli.
