Indeed. I too ringed my Graf. She is my only ringed ship.
I believe only early Stukas had these sirens, perhaps because the Germans preferred stealth to psychological destructive power later in the war. Anyway, if you are a crafty German ship, it's not too hard to fit a pair on a little Stuka.
It does look like a G variant, and no, they didn't have the trumpets anymore, and no, they're dedicated tank busters - Graf would've received any other variant over those. Which version Graf would've received exactly is very speculative; only prototypes of the C variant were completed and the Kriegsmarine deemed them obsolete by the time construction resumed on Graf. But it would most certainly have been a version that didn't waste payload on huge guns that are ineffective vs ships. It's also a paint pattern the air force would use, not the navy.
But: this isn't a real Stuka, not even a KC Stuka (which has IJN and not Wehrmacht aircraft insignia, and is a dive bomber while IRL Graf's Stukas would be torpedo bombers). It's a model for a cuckoo clock. It should look good and make a sound. So maybe Graf just thinks the G variant with the underslung 37mm looks the coolest and historical accuracy be damned.

Because the more one guy is getting, the less other guys are getting. The male/female ratio the world over is virtually 1/1 no matter where you go. Mates are a premium resource and if the resources aren't distributed in a fair manner...PEOPLE DIE.
