Source from Azur Lane an character from Kantai Collection? May someone explain?

It's the translated tags function on the upload page. Only tags with an exact match in "other names" of their wikis are shown. The tag for Yamashiro on the Pixiv page was simply "山城" and the AL Yamashiro didn't have it, just the KC girl. So only the tag for KC Yamashiro showed up translated.
