I don't know why it took a contest just to have more wedding skins. These should be coming at a steady pace but they aren't. The game still has a big bias towards the Japanese and British ships with the marriage skins, and it needs to be fixed. So many things that need balance, improvements and just more care in 2019.

Next up: Clevedad wedding skin... in a tuxedo.

I like it. A little simple compared to the other wedding skins, but it's good regardless.

Though I do think the top hat was unnecessary. :|

Making wedding skin is not harder than making any other skin. The problem is not the difficulty level, artist can't decide when to make wedding skin. I also want more shipgirls to get wedding skin, all the starters please.

Considering Cleveland character, i think the hat is good addition.

I remember Matsukaze from Kancolle because of that top hat. That was part of the character's design. This isn't.

But it's there, so i'll just have to like it.
