Point of order - kouji's Maru-yu was the White Devil of Orel Sea, so she's actually pretty good at being a shipgirl. To be sure, she wasn't good at being a submarine at first, but she had to have gotten a little better at it with practice.

Isn't that because she keep winning without taking any damage(including enemies tho)? What i mean winning isn't destroying enemies, but tactical victory.

As I said, she's a master of psychological warfare. She didn't sink Ru, but got into her head well enough to drive her away.

And she can apparently do anything else very well.
